Refund & Returns
Our refund and returns policy is outlined below.
To be eligible for a full refund, your booking must be cancelled 14 days or more prior to your rental start date.
If your booking is cancelled within 14 days or less of your rental start date, a credit note to the value of your original rental will be provided for use at a later date of your choice.
If the item has been shipped/collected, unfortunately no refund will be provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you when a refund has been processed within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
